To the "men" who mugged my son

If I find you, you will wish you were dead!

My 14 year old son was mugged by 3 young "men" on his way home from school today. We live 2 blocks from the school, he had just turned into our street when he heard running behind him. He was grabbed around the face and thrown to the ground. On held him down with his hand over my son's mouth the other went straight for his pockets, the 3rd stood watch. When my son tried to hold his pocket closed the 1st moved his hand from his mouth to his throat and my son ( in fear of his life) lifted his hands and said - Take it - they did and took off into the vlei at the end of the street. We do not live in a bad area, 2 blocks from Bergvlam. These thugs looked like pupils from another local nearby school. This is the 2nd attack on a school boy in this area in 2 days.

I just have one thing to say to these cowards - may you rot in hell, and keep one eye open because if I catch you, you will wish you were in hell!

Oh and don't bother calling the police, the Nelspruit branch's number just rings off the hook.

Parents, PLEASE make your children walk home in groups if there is no other choice. And kids be extra aware of what is going on around you

I for one will be watching the streets around the schools very carefully and I think we as parents should find some ideas on how to deal with this sort of thing, maybe involve the school too

I hope you go to the School Board to lay an official complaint as well with the SAPS....!

Mugged

Ek dink dit is in belang van almal wat by die skole betrokke is dat as julle weet van watter skool die skurke is julle dit hier op WOMF bekend maak.
Dit sal die wat sulke gedagtes het dalk afskrik om dit te doen en dit sal ook die skoolhoof wat be skurke se skool betokke is noodsaak om iets aan sy leerlinge te doen....dit is nou as hy mans genoeg is....maar ek twyfel of hy sal optree want gewoonlik is hulle vrek bang vir die leerlinge.

Unfortunately we have no proof as to which school the boys belonged. We know they weren't from Bergvlam as my son would have recognised them - both my children are in Bergvlam. I am planning on going to Lowveld High to speak to the Head anyway

Nie die eerste keer.

Hierdie ding steek nou weer kop uit,dit was sowat 'n jaar gelede ook 'n probleem. Ek weet watter skool na verwys word en ek stem volkome saam dat die hoof gespreek moet word. As daar genoeg druk op die betrokke skool geplaas word sal daar hopelik pro aktiewe en nie re aktiewe optrede wees. My vraag is, as die leerlinge so optree buite die skoolgronde, watter skrikbewind voer hulle nie onder hulle mede leerlinge nie?? Is dit dalk die begin van hulle toekomstige beroepe?? BEVEG MISDAAD, M**R TERUG!!!!!!!
